How a credit works —
Charged at the first stroke, fair after that

The credit is used at the first stroke, step or pedal turn, and covers the workout for up to 3 hours.

Rejoin for free
Dropped out or took a break? Pick up again within 15 minutes and it is the same credit.
- 5 min
Machine dropped out
If your machine disconnects in the first 5 minutes and you don't come back, the credit is returned. Once a month.
- 12 months
Credits last a year
Each pack lasts 12 months from purchase. The oldest credits are used first.
- Kept
Every second, kept for good
World, Map and session workouts keep their second-by-second detail, kept in your account. A free Classic workout keeps it for 14 days; unlock it for 1 credit to keep it for good.
- FIT
Export to Garmin and others
FIT export is open to accounts with credits, and never spends one.
